I cooked buffalo burgers tonight and according to the label it has 11g fat. When I cooked it nothing cooked out, literally nothing. If I had not used olive oil it would have stuck and burned. So if it has 11 g of fat and nothing cooks out where is the fat?? According to e-tools it is 5 points for 3 oz, but my label figured out to 5 points for 4 oz. Should I be concerned about the fat content?
