    Up 3.2

    I know it's not all fat, I feel bloated, but I also ate more than I had points for this week.
    So I am ready to on my eating this week.

    I am up, too.
    Not happy.
    Need to own it and move on.
    All I want to plan for is to be down one from here next week.

    Wow, wtf - I am up 3 lbs?!
    I've been eating super well all weekend, no salt!
    But I'm super sore from shoveling and I haven't had a BM in 3 days now...

    I was still expecting a 1 or something
