I am working hard at my journaling and getting good at parking at the end of store parking lots to get extra steps in.
Good work Lenalady. I have gotten back into journaling also. I have always tracked my food, but my journaling brings in another helpful dimension. When I food shop I start at the far end of the store and walk up and down all the aisles until I get to the produce section. Then I start my shopping. I have to wear my Fitbit on my shoe so that it properly counts my steps as I push the shopping cart. Good luck to you!
I'm starting over. Going to relearn everything that worked before.
1. I weighed myself for accountabiltiy.
2. I journaled all my food for accountability.
3. I took a walk after work even though it was windy and quite chilly.'
4. I took the time to make myself a fabulous low point dinner I ate it slow and enjoyed every bite.
as you can see by my list that 'I' came first, you have to do that, put yourself first, take care of yourself first because you can't be at your best to take care of anyone else if you don't

Week 4- 2 1/2 lbs
