    Red face New Year's Eve SFT Menu's.......December 31/2011

    Good Very Early Morning .......

    Hard to believe this is the last day of 2010 !!! Now we can all focus on our goals of attaining a Healthy, Fit, and Happy 2011 !!!

    Here is my Menu for Today:

    Breakfast: 2 Cream of Wheat pancakes
    SFFF Maple Syrup (1 pt.)
    1 Banana
    1 cup coffee with light cream (1 pt)
    3 glasses of water

    Lunch: Baby carrots with CORE Carmelized Onion Dip
    2 Clementines
    1 apple.

    Snack: 3 cups water through the day

    Dinner: TBD

    Bedtime Snack: TBD

    Have a great NY Eve everyone !!!

    Thanks for getting us going Karen.
    Not hungry yet so not going to eat until I feel actual hunger.

    B: rainbow smoothie

    S: pumpkin oatmeal - if needed, other wise will move to afternoon snack

    L: quinoa, spinach and taco sauce, apple

    S: tbd

    D: tbd

    If you are the moving and grooving type on New Year's Eve, have fun, drink smart and drive safely.

    If, like me, you can't stay awake 'til midnight anymore - sleep well and we will see each other in 2011!

    I found myself a new scale - whooo! Just need to get batteries for it. ...You would think they'd include them -sighs-
    I'm off to the mall today to do some holiday returns as well.

    I woke up late, it's almost noon - so here's my menu so far.
    Breakfast: Smoothie with greens, Vega and fruit, with rice milk 5 pts
    Optimum Slim cereal (dry) 1 cup 5 pt 10/29

    I have had issues sleeping the last 2 nights which is almost unheard of for me so don't know what is going on. Didn't get up until after 10 which is not normal either. WOW! Now here better late than never.

    BREAKFAST:
    Mango and Greek FF yogurt

    SNACK:
    Baby carrots

    LUNCH:
    hot dog and diet drink (5) (at Putt-Putt)

    SNACK:
    apple

    DINNER:

    Stuffed cabbage casserole

    SNACK:
    Never give up or look back,
