Default Simply Filling List vs. Power Foods List

    Hi all -

I read somewhere (can't recall where) that the simply filling list is not the same as the power foods list.

Prior to the switchover (today, in Canada), there was a link to the left, on the plan manager that when you clicked it, gave a list of 'simply filling foods.. Its no longer there & I now see a search and explore that has a button to click a list for power foods.

Yesterday, a skinless chicken breast was on the simply filling list and today I see its not got the green triangle beside it when I search. I know that some of the foods have been changed. I was just hoping to find an updated list of what is considered to be a 'filling food'. I don't want to count points where I don't need to, and vice versa.

I'm tempted to try counting points each day - seems it might be less hassle.

in the US, a skinless chicken breast is still a power food, but it is wrong on the online tracker. when you go to your plan, there is a place somewhere for a pdf of power foods, although it is not as complete as the old filling foods list. there are also some 'extras' you are allowed, that are not considered power foods.

Carol posted some info on the power foods (including the list of corrections) over in the simply filling forum. The Power Foods list is what we use for Simply Filling, and there should be a page on how to follow the new Simply Filling on the site somewhere (if you go to meetings you should be able to get it from your leader)

They have a nice simply filling hand out at meeting centers. Not sure of a list but lists always show up on the net sooner or later.

    She was given an explanation.
