Default WW Complete Food Companion Question

    Hi all,
In the food companion, some of the points values will have another value after it in parentheses...what does that mean? I have looked everywhere in the book, and if there is an explanation, I am not seeing it... example:
    apple, fresh, 1 large (3 1/4" diameter) 2 (2)
    barley, cooked, 1 cup 3 (6)

The points shown in parentheses are the SetPOINT values. SetPOINT is a way to count points in situations where you can't weigh or measure (usually when you're dining out). You eat to satisfaction, a reasonable serving, and use the SetPOINT value.
