Default New to the site not to wieght watchers...

    Hi everyone!

I'm 18 and not sure where I fit in the forums?? I've been on ww on and off since i was 16 I was at my goal weight then gained it back +some, however this Jan.29 I made a huge lifestyle change by working out (jogging and weights) almost everyday, this was great for my health, but not my weightloss! I've lost 11.6lbs, out of 40lbs I would like to lose. I joined this site because this week I havent worked out at all this week, because of my high school grad and I feel like I'm falling off the wagon, I really don't want to! Anyone have some words of encouragement??

    Talk to you later!

    Welcome!

My advice would be to get busy again with journaling and eat your AP's.

Journaling is (according to WW) the single best indicator of success.
Earning AP's at the level you are working out really helps if you eat enough of them. That is real because they are EARNED . When you fuel up and burn it off you are wining double time.
Glad to have you with us.

Welcome! And I'd just like to start by saying, I'VE BEEN THERE!!! I lost a lot of weight on WW after I had my first child and then I just gave up and gained it all back, plus after having another child, I stopped WW all together and didn't start back up until last November. That doesn't sound bad unless you take into consideration that my youngest child is 6 now! You can do this.....you just have to be committed and think about how great you will feel along the way when you meet your goals. My best suggestion is to set a mini-weight loss goal for yourself, like maybe 10 pounds, and then reward yourself along the way. And, DEFINITELY journal your foods and exercise, that is the key for me, that way I'm accountable for everything. Losing weight is easier when you are young, so you do have that advantage! Good luck to you! And definitely keep posting, you'll find lots of support along the way!

The T 20's are a bright and very active group. You are closer to them in age then any other forum. I bet they would welcome you and give wonderful support.
    (I go there because I'm 29, with 27 years of practice )

!! I agree that the T20's is probably your best bet as there are a LOT of us 29 year olds (and practicing)!!!
