    After a week off due to traveling, it felt wonderful to move my body again.

    That's funny! I didn't even NOTICE it said January!!! I didn't know WHAT you were talkin' about Sailor!!!!

    2:27 Expresso Fitness biking. Two half hour "chases" followed by a 20 mile "extreme" tour....1100 calories burned...phew!

    Ack! I didn't even catch that I had written January 31 (which is my birthday--Freudian slip, I guess). I think I changed it to the correct day.
