    35.4 mile bike ride. I didn't MEAN to go that far but I was closing in on 6,000 miles (over 4,000 this calendar year, outdoors) and I just couldn't resist!!! Even though it was 48 degrees and RAINING!!!! Shooting for 6,000 miles made it quite tolerable! Though my toes were FREEZING by the end! Oh and YES, I hit 6,000 miles!!!!That was my goal, to hit 6,000 by the end of the year, so I'm "good" now....

    I don't have a goal...these things just kind of happen for me. Once I see I'm approaching something I like to go for it! We'll see how 2010 goes, but I suspect I'll ride about the same amount next year since I'm planning on doing the same two century rides with Team in Training, and doing all the training that goes with that!

    Lynn, Awesome for you!! Biking in cold rain is definately not my favorite. 6000 miles this year, great. I think I am probably done with outside biking for the year, so sad - my very favorite exercise.

    Judy, not 6,000 THIS year...that's my total on my computer, which I got about two years ago. That's over 4,000 for this year...still pretty good!

    I'll try to get out when I can for the rest of the year, but it's nice to have hit that mark. Last year I almost made it to 2,000 but didn't quite get it....

    Wow, you all do a really good job of moving! Well I'm happy to say I moved today too! I danced. That is right I danced with my 2 year old grandson and we laughed and danced and laughed. It was exhausting and totally wonderful!

    2hr co-ed vollyeball and then a 5km run. I had lots of energy!
