Those are new items in my cupboard. I found them at a health food store last week. Now I am working on figuring out what to do with them.

I get bulgur and wheat berries (wheat kernels) at places that sell bulk foods. The place I normally buy them happens to be a little country store with bulk foods. They are very inexpensive there (under $1 per pound)....If you have a store that sells bulk things, look there. Some grocery stores have bulk things and there are places like Trader Joe's that have them too (I don't have a Trader Joe's near me)...A health food store would be my last choices as they'd be EXPENSIVE!

Lily, from my Walmart experiences, I'd say you could find barley but not whole wheat couscous or bulgur. You CAN find whole wheat pasta though! And I'd imagine also brown rice.
