    Default Activity, it's WHAT WE DO!

    1 hour hydrofit, though it was more like giving swim lessons since it was a small group and people need help with technique. I was SHOCKED to see that I burned about as many calories doing that as I do teaching the normal class!!!! I guess I was working pretty hard!
