Sick yesterday, so wasn't paying much attention. Made a big pot of chicken soup and had chicken soup (2 bowls throughout the day), several cups tea with lemon, some lettuce w/ ff feta and ov dressing, 2 bananas, a few light spinach ravioli (pts) w/ marinara for supper
