    Default yogurth question

I bought this yougurth that said: 0% fat and NO sugar. However it tastes sweet. I assumed it is SiFi right?

Plain, ff yogurt is a filling food. Does it have any flavoring or splenda/sweetener in it? If so, it isn't a filling food.

What do you mean with PLAIN? No sugar or sweetener? I don't understand.

The yought I brought home says nothing but that: "0% fat and NO sugar" it doesn't say what kind of sweetener they used.

What I mean by plain is unflavored. The fact that it says 0% fat and no sugar makes me wonder if it is a flavored yogurt with some sort of low calorie sweetener in it. What brand is it? Does it have fruit or some other flavoring in it?

It's a Mexican brand. Named "LALA" . It has nothing in it. It is white. But I hate it's sweet taste.

Then there is another brand (Albor), and it is plain (unflavored) but it is not ff. So I don't know which one is SiFi! Maybe none of them

Well if it is just plain yogurt with no flavoring, no fat, no added sugar, then it is a filling food.

There is a Walmart I'm planning to go tomorrow. I'm soooo disapponted that we don't have as much SiFi products as you do in the US...
