    I thought I'd start this for today since Lynn is not feeling well.

    Anybuddy can start this thread Judy! Any day! I actually DID start it but cleverly DISGUISED it by calling it SATURDAY!!!!!

    PT exercises, upper body, core strength, 100 pushups, balancing on the ball

    20 mins walking with the family...would have liked to go for longer but one DS was coughing & the other took a tumble. It was 18C at 6pm here!!

    30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes weight lifting/toning exercises.
