    40 minutes, video and elliptical - cold rain outside, yucky!!!!

    Lynn, Do you keep track of all your activity points, do you use them? You have an amazing exercise program.

    Thanks Judy. I DO keep track of my APs and I DO use them, most of the time...or at least SOME of them. And I use them before I use my WPAs..these days I am earning a LOT fewer than I was a few weeks ago! (And I calculate them based on my heart rate monitor.)

    I did something different today. I slept in till 6:15 (that is sleeping in for me!) and did some boxing. (Dr. Oz taping inspired me) My DS has set up home gym in garage and he has a boxing Bob and some gloves. So I hit him and alternated jumping rope for a half hour workout. I wonder if I will feel it tomorrow. Always interesting to me to see if something different makes me sore. It usually does.

    I slept in, too, till 6:30 !!
    SO-I exercised 45 minutes tonight-split between the treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. I was sort of restless, so I hopped around a bit, but got it done !
