    Hey to all fellow members.I am new to the site, but, not new to WW but have been very unsuccessful.Bought a year program last July and have only lost 6 lbs.I want lose 25-30 lbs by this July that would be a great.Maybe by posting my progress it will help me to stay on track.Thanks for listening.I know WW is a good program but I haven't been a good follower.

    Read posts, ask lots of questions, and work the program!! I'm sort of new to BCB but not to Weight Watcher's, and have found a lot of great information here that I could never find anywhere else!!

    This is a great place to come for a little extra motivation and an added push when you need it!!

    You can do it! Have you started yet? I am starting "again" tomorrow. I am getting my food journal ready right now. One thing that helps me is to put the point value of things that I eat often on the cover of my journal.
