Maybe this can replace the old green bean casserole!

Special Green Beans

4 cups fresh or frozen green beans, thawed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup water
2 Tbs light margarine
1 Tbs prepared yellow mustard
1 Tbs prepared horseradish sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

In pressure cooker combine green beans, onion,and water. Bring to HIGH pressure over med. heat, stabilize pressure and cook for 3 mins. Release pressure, drain the bean mixture and return to the cooker. Add margarine, mustard, horseradish sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook over med heat 3-4 mins until beans are well coated and sauce is heated through.

54 cal., 2 gm fat, 2 gm fiber. Makes 6- 1/2 cup servings.
