4 egg whites
3/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 4 oz container Musselman's Lite Cinnamon Applesauce
6 slices Healthy Life 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar and applesauce; mix well.
2. Soak bread one slice at a time until saturated with liquid.
3. Cook on a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium/high heat until lightly browned on both sides. Serve hot.
