Hi all,

Here is my updated pic. This is one year after the pic taken at the golf outing. Still holding strong and 5lbs within my lifetime weight. Its been a struggle. But I've been able to increase my points and spending lots of time in the gym and on the road.

BTW, I'm here with my DW. Funny that I labeled the thread. "Meet my Twin" because DW and I are expecting twins in Sept. .

This board has been a true inspiration. And its a great resource for accountability.
