I know the recipe for pita chips has been posted, but I like the seasoning for this.

1 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Seasoning Salt
1/4 Tsp Paprika

Mix well and sprinkle on Pam coated pita chips. Bake at 350 for a couple minutes, then flip. They burn quickly so be careful and watch them.

I use Toufayan brand whole wheat pita, cut into 16 triangles.
