    Default Zero Point foods???

I am just wondering when does zero point foods no longer zero? Example carrots, lettuce, all the zero point veggies. I know there are things that are or low points that when you actually have more than the suggested serving size it can change the amount of points you are using.

IMO, veggies are the only true zero point foods.
Here's a good article from the WW website:

That article has the best explanation on figuring points for those zero point foods. Everyone on WW should read it and then read it again later.

    Thanks for the reminder.
