Thread: help with popcorn label.....

    Post help with popcorn label.....

Smart Balance popcorn Smart n' Healthy style NI reads follows:
    3 tbsp unpopped, 5 c popped:
    cal 120
    fat 2 (3%)
    fiber 5 (18%)
    1 cup popped reads:
    cal 20
    fat 0%
    fiber 4%
I guess I'm just wondering if I use the 5 cups popped to figure out points, or go by the 1 cup popped. The only problem with 1 cup popped is it doesn't provide an exact number for fat or fiber, so I'm confused......

go by the 5 cups popped if you are eating the whole bag. usually popcorn is about 1-2 points for ther bag when it is low fat.

The regular size 94% FF popcorn I believe is 4 points for the entire bag.
