    No Pudge Brownie Clone

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 cup sugar (Do NOT use Splenda. It will not work!)
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup cocoa
    2 egg whites -- optional for cake-like brownie
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2/3 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt -- (6 oz. container of Dannon works best)
    nonstick cooking spray

    Preheat oven to 350F.
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add yogur and mix well.
    Batter will be very thick.
    Spray an 8x8 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Spread batter evenly.
    Bake for 30-35 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    Dip a knife in warm water and cut into 16 squares.

    Is the number of servings 12 or 16? I'm excited about trying these, as I don't like boxed brownies and like making sweets from whole ingredients (but that usually includes butter and sugar and all that).

    I printed the recipe as it was posted but when she put it into master cook..it looks like she had it set for 12 servings.
    I definately add the egg whites..gives them better texture, and I use the Dannon Lite & Fit vanilla yogurt.
    you can make your own Mix by putting the ingredients together in a tupperware and adding the "wet" ingredients when you are ready to make them.
