    I am making chili for supper and I am wondering the points value. Here are my ingredients:

    1 lb hamb
    46 oz tomato juice 6pts whole can
    40 oz beans 9pts whole can
    chili seasoning

    If anyone can help me on this I would love it!!!

    If you don't have access to the Recipe Builder on eTools, the best way to calculate points for a recipe is to find the points for each of the ingredients, add them togther and then divide by the total number of servings. Us the ni on the cans/packages to figure the points. If, for some reason you don't have that available, use your WWer materials, or check
