Thread: 20 points isn't much

    Default 20 points isn't much

I'm at 136lbs right now so I'm working with 21 points. However, my goal weight is 128, meaning at 129 I'm supposed to go to 20 points a day. My friends are wondering how 1 point can make a difference, but there are so many great one point foods out there that it really does! My question is, do you still think I can get to 128 and stay at 21 points? Or should I go to 20 points?

I would follow the plan the way it's written. I was down to 19 target points to get to goal and I needed to use my APs and pretty much all of my WPAs during that time.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. Those 35 extras are there to use if I need them so I think I will stick to the plan and go to my 20 points. Anyway, it shows my will power if I can do it!

Yes, I'll add that my Target is 20 and I rarely go under 22, usually I'm higher, often around 30. I use APs whenever I have them and at least 2-3 from the WPA each day (and I use almost all of them by the end of the week).

Ditto for me. My Target is 20, but I ate every Flex point and Activity Point that I had coming while losing. Now at Maintenance, I also get added Maintenance points. As Mt.NativeMan says, life is good.

When I first hit lifetime 8 years ago, my target was 18! I stayed at that weight for about a year and a half, probably could have gone further if life hadn't gotten in the way! You can do it, you will find a way to work it, even if it means a little extra exercise, and def. work those extra 35!
