Thread: Fiber One muffins points question

Default Fiber One muffins points question

I just made this and I subbed egg whites for the eggs, applesauce for the oil and skim milk for the milk.

If I calculate points for the whole recipe and then divide by 12 servings it comes up to 3 pts per muffin. However, if you calculate the points for one single muffin it is 2 pts for one muffin. If I'm only eating one of these a day should I count 2 or 3 points?? I know the point difference is coming from the fiber cap.

    what do you think???

    Thanks!

If you have enough information to figure the NI for each muffin, and you eat one muffin, I would count Points accordingly. So I vote 2.
