Default need good zero or one point food ideas

I am fairly new to ww and I just needed a few zero or one point food ideas. At night I am left with a couple of points after I get in my healthy 8s and I am craving a snack. I was just wondering what kind of zero or one point foods others eat.

My latest addiction is 94 % fat free kettle corn! I love it! My sisters latest addiction is a cup of frozen blueberries w/splenda or ff coolwhip. It's a point a cup. There are all sorts of options out there! Have fun and enjoy!

I know you specifically said "zero or one point", but...you also said you have a "couple" points left, so you might try the WW english toffee crunch ice cream bars. They are 2 points and quite good.

OK, just saw this recipe in the "Desserts" forum down in the BCB's Favorite Recipes section for turtles made out of mini pretzels, rolos, and pecan halves. Look yummy and supposed to be 1 point per.

Assuming you are looking for sweet treats at the end of the day...

I've realized that I need a certain amount of CHEWING to be satisfied - and I eat a lot of raw, baby carrots (ten or 1 cup = 0 points). I like to have a half cup of raw carrots and a glass of water or cup of tea before a meal - then it's much easier to eat less!

For a sweet, chewy snack - find a granola or health bar that you really like and divide it into 1 point pieces. Wrap each piece in foil. My favorite is the CLIF Carrot Cake bar. It has 4 WW points but divided into four separate snack bites, wrapped and stored in a baggie, it gives me 1 pt sweets I can have with a cup of coffee. They are just 99cents each at my local Publix stores, and a bar weighs 2.4 ounces - so it's a better deal than many of the one-point snacks. (It also contains vitamins and minerals.)

I just posted on the new products but they are very good. It is Newton's Fruit Crisps Snacks. They come 2 to a package and only 1 point for BOTH. I only found them in Mixed Berry, but they are very good. They are crunchy, sort of like a crunchy pastry! Found them on the cookie isle looking at Fig Newtons.
