Makes 2 servings. Core or 3 points for entire recipe. Suitable for vegans and freezing.

150g floury potatoes, peeled and chopped
110g sweet potaoto, peeled and chopped
low cal cooking spray
1/2 red onion, chopped finely
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Boil potatoes for 15 mins till tender. Drain well and mash.
Spray a non stick pan with low cal cooking spray
Stirfry onion and garlic for 2 mins, add chilli and stirfry for a further minute.
Add this to the mashed potato and season to taste.
Shape the mixture into four patties.
Spray frying again with low cal cooking spray and heat till hot
Add the patties and cook for 5 mins, turning one until golden on both sides
