Well I don't know what happen to the insert, but I'll try this again.

    Sante Fe Soup

    Peas, 1 can w/juice
    Servings 3.5 Cal 70 Fat . 5 Fiber 3 Points 2.9
Sliced New Potatoes, 1 can w/juice
    Servings 2.5 Cal 100 Fat 0 Fiber 2 Points 4.0
    Sliced Carrots, 1 can w/juice
    Servings 3.5 Cal 45 Fat 0 Fiber 3 Points 1.1
    Green Beans, 1 can w/juice
    Servings 3.5 Cal 20 Fat 0 Fiber 2 Points 0.0
    Whole Kernel Corn , 1 can w/juice
    Servings 3.5 Cal 80 Fat 1 Fiber 2 Points 4.5
    Rotel, 1 can w/juice
    Servings 2.5 Cal 20 Fat 0 Fiber 1 Points 0.5
Ranch Style Beans, 1 can w/juice
    Servings 6 Cal 130 Fat 3 Fiber 6 Points 9.9
    Beef Bouillon Cubes

    Ranch Dressing, 1 pkg.
    Servings 16 Cal 5 Fat 0 Fiber 0 Points 1.6
    Taco Seasoning, 1 pkg.
    Servings 6 Cal 20 Fat 0 Fiber 1 Points 1.2
    Total Cal 495 Fat 4.5 Fiber 20. Points 6.3

There is 134.3 ounces or 16.8 1 cup servings, how many points per 1 cup?

I normally put 1 lb. of ground round fried with onion in this, but didn't know if I could still do this on WW.

    Hi DeDeJo,

495 cal / fiber is not correct... you need to multiply each calorie / fiber count X number of servings per container. Then divide these by the number of servings you expect to have.

Good Luck... lots of calculating to do!

Someone please correct me if my calculations are wrong.

I came up with 2047.5 calories; 23.25g fat; and 84.5 fiber. Divide those by 16.8 to get 121.9; 1.4; and 5 capped at 4 - which came out to 2 points per serving.

The beauty of Weight Watchers is that you can eat anything - the key being portion control - so, yes, you can add your beef with fried onions, but you'll have to also figure out the NI on those items and factor it in with what you already have to get the new points value per serving.

    Enjoy!
