Default I need help with ground meat

I usually buy ground beef that has a real NI label on it. But I some at Sam's and all it says it's 10% fat or less. So I'm assuming this is 90-10 ground beef?? Is that right?? How do I figure the points for it per oz?? Also when you look at the NI of meat and it says for example 50 calories per oz. Is that per RAW or Cooked oz?? Thanks Ladies! I'm doing well but I still have a LOT to learn.

Yes, the ground beef is 90-10. If you weigh it when raw 1 oz is 1 point. Four ounces is 5 points.

If you weigh it after it is cooked, 1 oz is 1.5 points. Four ounces is 6 points. I hope this helps.
