    Question zero point foods..

Hi everyone. I am very new to the whole WW. I just went to my first meeting yesterday. But here is my question.

I am looking for a full list of 0 points that we can eat. my dh and I were still hungry after supper and had all of our points gone and the carrots just weren't doing it for us... so i am kind of looking for a list.

Can you all point me in the right direction?

    thanks.

To me, the only true zero point foods are non-starchy veggies. Sure, there are lots of foods that if you eat them in a controlled (read small) amount, they will be zero. For a good article on how WWers views "zero" point foods, check here:
