    Default Baking Ingedients points

I make a lot of my own baking - bread etc. and am having trouble finding points for some of the ingredients. Namely rye flour and wild oats so far. Does anyone know the points value for these ingredients? The recipe I have uses 1 cup rye flour and 3/4 cup wild oats.

Thanks for that link! I buy stuff in bulk so I don't have the nutritional info for it, and I'm brand new to WW so I may have some more questions, but I've bookmarked that site.

Your bulk food vendor has the NI for the products. You may have to ask. At my Wegman's it's in a book in the bulk foods section.

You'd only have to look up any given item once.
