Default I really need help calculating popcorn..please..

I've never been able to calculate popcorn. I have Jolly Time Healthy Pop Caramel Apple and Jolly Time Healthy Pop Kettle Corn. The Caramel Apple is 94% FF 3 oz bags. The calories are 100 per 2 Tbsp. unpopped. The fat is 2 grams and the fiber is 7g. There are 2.5 servings per bag. But the popped NI says 20 calories per cup and there are 12 cups total. The second box is 100 calorie bags of kettle corn. The calories are 90 per 2 tbsp unpopped with 2 gr fat and 8 grams fiber. Popped NI is 25 calories per cup. The bag contains 1 serving unpopped and makes 4 cups popped corn. Can someone tell me what the points value is for these and how you figure it out?? I have a slider and a WW calculator but the Popped and Unpopped NI confuses me. Thanks!!!!Amanda

    According to my WW Online...

4 cups of Jolly Time Healthy Pop Caramel Apple is 1 points (popped)
(5 cups goes to 2 points)

4 cups of Jolly Time Healthy Pop Kettle Corn is 1 point

I dont know how to figure it out with the slider because I always use the ww online.

For the larger bag of 94% FF Caramel Apple...
1 serving is 5 cups popped and there are 2.4 servings in the bag (12 cups divided by 5). Per serving the nutritional info is 5 Fiber/100 Cal/0 Fat. Of course the fiber is capped at 4. That comes to 1 point if you only ate 5 cups. But if you eat the whole bag at one time you have to multiply the nutritional info by 2.4. That would be 12 Fiber/240 Cal/0 Fat. Again the fiber is really capped at 4. The points for that whole bag (12 cups popped) is 4.

For the 100 Cal bag of Kettle Corn...
1 bag = 1 serving= 4 cups popped. The nutritional info on the bag is for 1 cup popped so you have to multiply X 4. Nutritional info for 1 cup is 1 Fiber/25 Cal/0.5 Fat. So multiply by 4 and get 4 Fiber/100 Cal/2 Fat or 1 point for the whole bag.

I am using my WW calculator and these may be really close to the next point if you look at the slide.

    Is this clear as mud?

Not to get OT, but is the Caramel Apple good? I've never seen it but it sounds delish!
"Do", or "Do Not". There is no "Try".
