I've been eating these for breakfast lately and really enjoying them, so I decided to pass the idea along . . .

Breakfast Parfait

1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (I use frozen mangoes)
1 cup Dannon Fit & Light yogurt (I use mango & orange or banana & strawberries)
1/2 cup Kashi Go-Lean Crunch

Place fruit in a bowl. Spoon in yogurt and top with Kashi Go-Lean Crunch.
