Default Pizza Toast - 3 pts

My babysitter used to make this for me when I was a kid and I forgot all about it! I don't even like pimento cheese but this is so good and remarkably tastes like pizza! I got the idea when reading a post in another section about pimento cheese. I apologize if this has been posted before but I haven't seen it.

    Pizza Toast

2 tbsp pimento cheese spread - 2 pt
    2 slices bread - 1 pt
    oregano

Lightly toast the bread and spread each slice with 1 tbsp pimento cheese. Sprinkle some oregano on top of each. Place under the broiler until the cheese is bubbly and lightly brown. Enjoy!!
