    Default recipe builder- HELP!

I am no longer a memeber of WW online since I started going to the meetings instead. How can I know what the points are for recipes that I found not through weight watchers. Is there some tool I can use? Help

I do the monthly pass for meetings, so I get free e-tools, and the recipe builder is included with that (it's $39.99/month in my area). However, if you're not doing that, I know that there is a recipe calculator at Spark People (www.sparkpeople.com) that is free. Also, some people at BCB use Mastercook, which from what I can tell is a computer program that calculates the nutritional information of your recipe for you.

ETA--Of course the Spark People website and Mastercook don't do the points, just the nutritional value, but you can calculate the points yourself with your slider or points calculator.

thank you so much for this info, it was a huge help. They don't offer a monthly pass in my area, I wish they did cause I would so do it. Thank you again!
