Spinach Feta Pizza
(3.7 WW points per slice)

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 cups frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
1 small red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 ounces ff shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Whole wheat Boboli
5 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
T dried dill

3/4 T dried mint
T dried parsley

  1. Place Boboli on round pizza sheet
  2. Brush with 2 tsp. EVOO
  3. Sprinkle with garlic
  4. Mix spinach with dill, mint and parsley
  5. Top Boboli with the spinach, onion, mushrooms, cheeses
  6. Sprinkle with garlic salt
  7. Drizzle remaining 3 tsp. EVOO on top
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until gold and cheese is melted.
  9. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  10. Cut pizza into 6 slices.
You can reduce the points and fat further by using FF feta, which is pretty good. However, I find these ff cheese don't melt well
