15 oz chickpeas, rinsed and well drained
4 oz diced green chilies, drained
2/3 cup parsley
2/3 cup Great Vaue Italian Seasoned breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
Pam spray

1. In blender, grind up the chickpeas, chilies, and parsley until finely chopped. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl.
2. Stir in bread crumbs and the salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the egg.
3. Form mixture into 4 patties, about 2/3 inches thick.
4. Spray a loarge skillet and, over medium-low heat, cook burgers for 4 minutes. Flip over and cook for 3 more minutes. Place on buns to serve.
