    hi buddies.
above is pancake flour dry mix. it is 3 points for 1/3 cup (40 oz).

can someone please tell me how much 2 tbsp is. and what exactly is a tbsp.
i have 3 types of spoons. regular mini-which i call a tsp. then a bigger version, which i call a tbsp. and then a lot bigger, which i use for baking.
    i just want to ensure.
for this i am asking how much 2 tbsp of ( a medium spoon is). the type they have at restaurants for your soup.

if someone knows a method to calc this for other things as well, that would be great. thanks in advance

If you don't have a real set of measuring spoons/cups it really is worth it to get some.

    There are 5 1/3 tablespoons (5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon) = 1/3 cup.

    A tablespoon = 3 teaspoons. If you multiply 5x3=15+1= 16 teaspoons per 1/3 cup.

    160 calories/16 teaspoons = 10 calories per teaspoon. 6 teaspoons = 2 tablespoons = 60 calories.

You can do the same with the fat & fiber. Divide the total by 16 then multiply x 6 to get the fat & fiber contents of 2 T.

    2T = 60 calories, 1.875g fat, and .375g fiber = 1.28 points or rounding down to 1 point.

Looking back this is as clear as mud. Hopefully you'll understand the madness or someone else will have a better method.

Hi! Get yourself some measuring cups -
it's the only way to be sure.
    According to your nutri info:

    Per serving - 40grams (1.3 cup)
using 160 calories 1.5 of which is from sat fat -
that would be 2.5 points per serving.

    Hope that helps?

OH - I'm on Points in the UK - is it different in US?
