Shalom Y'all!

A few years ago, I discovered ZOODLES (noodles made from zucchini) and we had a ZOODLE-MANIA going on!

Well, I STILL love my zoodles (made with a hand-cranked spiral slicer called a Spirooli.

Here's my supper from tonight ZOODLES AND MEATBALLS! YUMMM!

I just had zoodle the other night, but I was too lazy to pull out the spirooli so I just used the v-slicer and made "fettuccine"

I still make zoodles all the time! I use green and yellow squash together. A few weeks ago, I made Apple noodles(apoodles?) and sauteed them with onions. Put on top of pork chops and made fabulous "smothered pork chops".

Yes the Spirooli is still available. They have it on Amazon.com and several other places. Do a net search for Spirooli 3 in 1 spiral slicer.

My Butterstick and 8-Ball zucchinis are ready to be cooked...I think I'll zoodle them...
