It may be hard to estimate, but if you learn how to do it, and where to find the information yourself, you'll be more successful. It's the story of, if you give a man a fish he'll eat for a day, but if you teach him to fish he'll eat for life.

Do you have the ni for the spaghetti sauce? If so, you can look at the serving size and the ni and figure out what the ni would be for 1 T. If you don't have the ni you could still figure it out by using the point value for spaghetti sauce that you find in your WWer materials, or on calorieking.com. You'll just need to do some math to figure out for 1 T since most serving sizes are larger.

Since cheese is figured by the oz., you'll need to estimate how many oz. your "less than a handful" of mozzarella was. Your idea of how much it was may be different than my idea. Once you have an idea of how many oz. it might have been, again you can go to your WWer materials or calorieking.com to estimate the points.

It all takes some research and practice.
