Thread: Whole grain mustard

  1. Default Whole grain mustard

I saw a recipe that calls for whole grain mustard. I am in Canada and cannot find it anywhere. So I just used a deli mustard. Does this whole grain mustard gave another name or is it deli or dijon or what?

I found this. Looks like Dijon to me. But it is different by reading the listing it has there. But Im sure Dijon would work fine as well as any Mustard

I would think the deli mustard would work better than a dijon. We buy the whole grain mustard (brand we get is Plotzman's) and to me it's nothing like a dijon.
