    This is a bit high in points for me, but with a zero point veggie I can make it work. It's on the menu for tomorrow night.

    Creamy Chicken Bake

    Serves 4
    8.25 points per serving

    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 can cream of broccoli (I used regular, I couldn't find 98% FF)
    1/3 c c milk
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    4 oz sliced mushrooms drained, jar or can
    1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c dry breadcrumbs
    2 TBSP butter or margarine, melted

    Place chicken in a 3-qt shallow dish. Mix soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. mix cheese and breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 400 for 30 mins or until chicken is done. Stir sauce before serving.

    They have a 98% FF broccoli cheese soup too that sounds yummy. You could add some carrots and/green beans to this casserole as well ... that would help bulk it up and increase the fiber in the dish.

    I got the NI down to 6 points with the following substitutions/additions:

    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 can 98% FF cream of celery soup
    1/3 c skim milk

    1/4 c dry breadcrumbs
    2 TBSP light margarine, melted
    16 ounces green beans

    Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 275 Calories; 8g Fat (26.0% calories from fat); 33g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 73mg Cholesterol; 1089mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Grain(Starch); 4 Lean Meat; 1 Vegetable; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 1/2 Fat. = 5.6 Points

    If you skimped a bit on the breadcrumbs, cheese and/or margarine (that seems like a lot of margarine), you could get it to 5 points, i think!

    this sounds like a dish my mom used to make, but we didn't have the crumbly top on it. i'd probably make it w/o the cheese, butter, breadcrumb topping at all and it would be just as good. i think i'll try it next week

    I tried this one and it went over wonderful with the DH and myself. Its a keeper.

    Finally made this! It was awesome!! I used a package of frozen broccoli in it for a veggie and it REALLY beefed it up. I got 4 servings at 4 pts a piece.

    I made this for supper last night and it was delish! I made mine with the cheese brocolli soup (98% ff). Hubby LOVED it too and he hates brocolli! It's a keeper!

    So much more flavor in this recipe than the ingredients imply!!! We loved it!
