Hi - If anyone's willing, I'd like to figure out the nutritional info for this granola recipe I came up with. Thanks!

1 c. honey
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. canola oil
2 Tbs. low sugar maple syrup
4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
(bring these ingredients to a boil in a saucepan)
meanwhile...

combine:
6 c. rolled oats
2 c. oat bran
3 c. rice crispies

pour boiled liquid into dry ingredients, stir to coat.
press into jelly roll pans (about 1/2 thick)
bake a 275 for 1 hour, or until golden brown. (after about 40 minutes, remove, break up into clumps and turn so that both sides can be done evenly.)
cool completely, and store in airtight container.
Makes 11 cups
