Default Good tasting fat free salad dressing?

    Hi,
can anyone reccommend a good tasting fat free salad dressing that is available in Canada? I simply do not like the fat free line that Kraft makes and I can't seem to find any other fat free dressings.
    Thanks!

Litehouse makes some great ones. My favorite is the Pomegranate Blueberry Vinaigrette. 10 calories per tablespoon and zero fat. You will find the Litehouse products in the refrigerated produce section at the store.

My favorite dressing was featured on The Biggest Loser. I have to order it from the internet, but it is worth it. It is the Miso Dressing from Galeoscafe.com.

    I like Henris raspberry vinegrette.

I have read, in several places, that in order to get the most nutrients out of vegetable it's best to eat them with a bit of fat. Of course, I know how hard it can be to stretch out the points at times!

Anone else hear/read of the nutrient/fat connection?
