I modified a lowfat version of pancakes that I found online. If you make them, please let me know how you like them! If there is an error in the nutritional info, please also let me know, I really try to make sure the points are correct!

Whole Wheat Pancakes (Makes 15 pancakes) 5 pancakes is 4 pts with fiber cap.

2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
3 TBS Brown Sugar
Cup Applesauce
2 Cups Water
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 Egg whites
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix Dry ingredients together, and add wet ingredients. Spray pan with non-stick spray as needed. Pour into pan by cups.
Serve with sugar free syrup or my favorite: Smuckers reduced sugar strawberry jam. Just make sure you add the points!

Totals: 1077 cal/5 Fat/33 Fiber
