    Default Pepper Steak

    Pepper Steak

    1 lb of round steak trimmed and cut into strips
    1-2 bell peppers, cut in strips
    1 onion, cut in strips
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 can of water

    Put all ingredients in crock pot and let simmer on low for about 8 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Thanks for the recipe - I was looking for something else to have for dinner and this sounds really good, maybe with some brown rice and a salad.
