    Default recipe help, please Pan parmesian Zuchinni (spell, I know)

    ANyone who could run this through would help much, thanks!

    3 medium zuchini
    1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
    1 clove garlic
    salt pepper to tast
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/4 cup lf parmesian/romano cheese

    heat olive oil in medium high pan...saute onion and garlic, add zuch's...saute until brown on both sides, add cheese, flip once to coat zuchs and crisp cheese....

    I don't even need to run that through Mastercook to tell you that is 4 pts for the whole recipe.
    2 tsp oil = 2 pts
    1/4 cup parm cheese = 2 pts

    That is from the Week 1 booklet pgs 78 and 86.

    I toss all the ingredients in a zip loc to coat, and then grill or broil it. Delish!
