I'm not sure where I got this recipe, but it's SO GOOD and simple:

Spiced Yogurt and Grape Salad

1/4 c low fat vanilla yogurt
1/8 t cinnamon
1/8 t cardamom
1 c green grapes, halved
1 c red grapes, halved

Stir first three ingredients together in a bowl, add grapes and stir to coat. Chill to let flavors meld, then serve.

4 pts total, divide into as many/few servings as you want.

(My own adaptations: no cardamom, so used all-spice, plus only red grapes)
