Okay, not really a "recipe", but my clever thinking saved me a point and I got in half a fruit too

I took two microwaveable pancakes (had a craving for them last night at the grocery). I heated them up plain, then scooped 1/2 a cup of 'no sugar added apple pie filling' (from WalMart) on them.

Then, I sprinkled a bit of cinnamon on the top... and heated again for 20 seconds to warm up the apples.

It was really good, better than syrup if you're willing to try something different. It kind of reminds me of strawberry shortcake with a different fruit.

So....

2 pancakes= 3 points
1/2 cup pie filling= 1 point, 1 fruit
